I heard that ESA is really cool but not included in official recruitment for sororities. Where would they fall in the rankings with the rest of the sororities? And how are they viewed by the outsider?

They are not Greek. It is just a club like any other club on campus so they don't fall in the rankings. They are primarily made up of girls who went through recruitment and didn't get bids from chapters they considered "cool" enough so they dropped out completely, opting to not be Greek and instead joined a drinking club. There is no national support or networking after graduation. It's a way to get into parties...nothing more. They are looked at as a bunch of wannabes pretending to be something they aren't.

I’m a guy. ESA is hot af and behave like a sorority. I literally don’t see the different.

Ehh...there a few really hot girls in ESA, and some super sweet nice girls too. But, overall, they aren't all that. They have just as many pretty girls as the other mid tier chapters. Certainly not an over abundance of 10s.
