5. TDX, Chi Phi, Kappa Sig
MIDDLE TIER
6. Pi Kapp, AKL, Far Sig, ZBT
LOWER MIDDLE TIER
7. Skulls, DKE, Sig Tau
8. TEP, Alpha Sig, APD
BOTTOM
9. AZ, Phi Tau, ADPhi
10. Mudhouse, Treehouse
11. Triangle, DTS
BSB is kicked off but it will be a Sammy situation, they’re still going to have parties
Sig Ep has better parties than anyone else in 2
ATO is solid tier 2 house with little change, socials are still hit or miss
AEPi has party quality of tier 2 with strong social schedule
Lambda has good parties but doesn’t social as much in 2, closer to TKE
DU slightly stronger than Phi Psi based on parties
Sig Pi has good partners but barely takes advantage of their house
AGR and Phi Who have a good amount of parties, AGR is just slightly better
FIJI and TDX have very similar social schedules, FIJI beats TDX solely based on recent pc
Chi Phi solid tier 5 house, little change
Kappa Sig has been pretty inconsistent, could move back down to 6 or stay in 5
Pi Kapp, AKL, Far Sig and ZBT are very solid tier 6 houses, any could move up if they throw down more
Skulls and DKE have huge potential to move up now that they’re finally off probation, but need to social frequently and with higher tier houses
TEP is top of 8 by having a way better house than anyone tier 8 and below
Alpha Sig comes back from suspension and APD takes Zeta Psi’s old house, interesting situations for both houses
Tiers 9 to 11 don’t do as much socially as the tiers above
