Can you rush a sorority but also be involved in ROTC?

Why on earth not? There are women with diverse interests and activities outside of sorority life in all sororities -- at least in most of them. As long as you can manage your time well (which is a leadership skill that sorority membership can help with), there's no reason you can't do both, and no reason any sorority should discriminate based on being in ROTC.

ROTC has to approve of your rushing if you want to be involved in both

Yes you can!! Tri Sig, KD, Kappa, Axid, Zeta all have girls that are in rotc, i'm sure there are others too
