no one spamming - just what people think

Every time a frat doesn't like where they are ranked they say it's spammed. Well all frats are self ranking so someone is not going to like a rank. Go by if more people like it probably somewhat accurate. Lots of people don't like it probably not accurate. Not every list can be spammed - sorry
