What ever happened to PhiPsi? They used to be more chill and normal. Now they’re filled with odd guys who party with girls they shouldn’t be partying with anymore. They need better recruitment.

I mean they probably drop down a tier but they’re not horrible either. They just can’t attract as many kids when DU and other frats are on the way up.
