frat rankings for freshman to consider next fall ‘19

1. D Chi, BSB, Sig Chi, Pike, Acacia
2. ATO, Lambda, Sig Ep
3. AEPi, TKE, Sig Pi, DU
4. Phi Psi, AGR, Phi Who, TDX
5. FIJI, Kappa Sig, Chi Phi, AKL
6. Far Sig, Pi Kapp, ZBT
7. DKE, Sig Tau, Skulls
8. Alpha Sig, Theta Chi, AZ
9. Mudhouse, Treehouse, PKT
10. TEP, ADPhi, Triangle

(Sammy is probably in tier 1 or 2. DSig recently got kicked off. SAE was easily tier 1 until they got kicked and rented their house out for 3 years.)

Go to as many houses as possible. FIND BROTHERS YOU FIT IN WITH; that’s the best advice anyone can give you. The reality is that this will be the last shot for any upper tier frats you’re looking at. It gets harder, not imposible but harder, your second semester Sophmore year because many frats will prioritize the upcoming Freshman in Spring ‘20.

Okay zbt has a nice house, but kids are dorky and not social. Shouldn’t be that high. Would still put dke skulls sig tau above
