Every chapter does it differently. But, it could be that you just get invited out for coffee with a few sisters. Afterwards, they extend you a bid. Sometimes they have you meet with a couple of groups. Sometimes there are actual "parties", ie events at the suite where multiple women attend and chat informally, then bids are given out. Unlike formal recruitment, there is no structure so the chapter can do it however they like. Also depends a lot of if they knew you beforehand.
