Teir 1: Only change is that DSig is gone and Acacia joins the top Teir because of their house and the Gammas.
Teir 2: Pike is meant to be top Teir, but they have made a reputation of having weak brotherhood amongst different PCs. As for Sig Ep, they better start throwing down or AEpi/TKE/SigPi might swoop in to take their spot. Also, a lot of frats don’t like them apparently. ATO and Lambda are the same.
Teir 3: AEpi is supposed to be having better socials now, but please stop saying you’re Teir 2. It’s just not true yet. Also, ESA is average, so stop saying their hot. As for Sig Pi and TKE, both need to start throwing down harder to unlock their potential. Is DU ok? Hopefully they aren’t in trouble because they have potential too. Phi Psi gets weirder with each PC by the looks of things. I really hope a 4th Teir takes their spot in a few years.
Teir 4: Phi Who slowly improving, expect big things in less than 5 years. AGR is the same. Kappa Sig should be one Teir down but gets moved up Incase TDX is on probo.
Teir 5: Chi Phi stayed the same. FIJI is still on campus which prevents improvement, and AKL is only here because their socials aren’t awful regardless of their size and they aren’t known for having weirdos or causing beefs. They’re kinda just there and don’t bother anyone which is good enough for now.
Teir 6: To be honest, From this teir and below, you essentially have weak fraternities when it comes to socials and late nights (with some exceptions). Also, there is a higher chance to have weird kids in your PC. However, they have strong brotherhoods if you wish to find a place to fit in. Which is the only thing that really matters. Small shoutout to ZBT for getting a house and learning the basics of socials, in this hateful community that is Greek Life there isn’t much love thrown around but you guys are at least trying to improve and that deserves a something, I guess. Try to improve your PCs.

I went to maybe 11 houses, I’d say that the top frats are where they belong. Except Pike is definitely in first tier. Phi Who seemed ok, but It’d be hard to see them grow anymore based on what I saw. Also, Phi Psi wasn’t bad. It was maybe 50/50 on the chill to weird ratio.
