Nice post, DZ, PhiSig and AOPi.

There are beautiful, social, funny girls in every single chapter. What pnms don't understand is that tiers are ONLY about social schedule. It does not mean that the women in the middle or lower tiers are any less fun or have worse sisterhoods than those that are so called "top". Every pnm who listens to gossip or gets caught up in the tier nonsense is missing the real reason for joining Greek life. It isn't about partying with certain frats. It is about finding a group of lifelong friends who will be standing next to you during all of life's exciting and difficult moments. If you are one of those pnms who gets your invites next weekend and drops out of recruitment because the "top" chapters didn't invite you back, it's time for you to get over the middle school mentality. Have some self esteem. Know your value. Don't let this tier bs get in the way of you enjoying whatever chapters invite you back. They are the ones that really see something in you that they like and value. Don't worry about the ones that are gone. I can assure you that every single chapter has fun. And as "Yo" said above, I am friends with women from chapters in every single "tier" and we all get along really well. Just being part of the Greek system is wonderful. Whether it's KD, GPhi, DG or Phi Sig, you are far better off being Greek than sitting in your room crying on bid day.
