top tier in hot water or mid teir

Would it be better for someone rushing in the spring to go for a top toer in hot water or a medicore mid teir in relatively good standing with ifc

Unless the frats are on probo they’re on good standing with the IFC. The frats on probo (bad standing) are D Sig, TKE, TDX, DKE, Far Sig and Skulls
