If you are going to rush next semester, don’t sign an apartment contract so you’ll be able to live in house next year

This goes for anyone rushing a sorority too! And if you’re a girl and finish the process, you’re guaranteed a bid. A lot of them are having a hard time filling their floors

best thing to do is apply for on campus housing, once you get into a frat its really easy to drop an on-campus housing contract, as opposed to trying to sublet an apartment. Most ppl would probably recommend living in the house sophomore year, so its your best bet.

Hard to break on campus unless you really try

You should sign leases cause most houses will break an apartment lease if you wanna live in house. On campus housing is almost impossible to break.
