3) TKE, AEPi, Sig Pi, DU, Phi Psi
Social with: some of second tiers, AXiD, DG, DZ, AOPi

Just because Pike socials with Theta doesn’t make them top tier. Both aren’t top. Theta downfall was Fall 15 pledge class and Pike falling after being narcs to become more relevant on top tier SAE! #JustSaying

For that matter, AXO and ASA shouldn't be ranked either. Neither have chapters. Sure, former members might still talk their way into parties but, as each semester passes more of them graduate or turn 21 and head to the bars. The remaining stragglers won't be considered a real pair for Greek events. Not worthy of ranking.

AOPi and DZ are nowhere close to 2nd tier. TKE and Phi Psi do not rank at this level - lower for sure. (In denial) And I think we can all agree that if your chapter no longer exists (AXO, ASA) or you're not a real Panhel org (ESA!!!), you shouldn't be on a list at all.
