These rankings are mostly self rank of people trying to move themselves up a tier. They don't reflect GPA, quality of men, house, etc. They only reflect social schedule. So, a "top tier" frat parties with the sororitys who are considered "hot" by the mainstream. There are plenty of beautiful, intelligent women in mid tier and lower tier sororitys who party with the lower "tier" frats (occupied with super friendly, smart, cute guys) but they are not held up to the same superficial HS standard of the "cool kids". Really all a bunch of BS
