Hi how do you go about getting a COB after recuritment, do u reach out to them?

Go through recruitment and see which chapters you click with. Hopefully you will get a bid. If it doesn't work out, a chapter could possibly reach out to you if they don't make quota thereafter. If you hear that a chapter is doing something informally and you know members, it would be appropriate to let them know you are interested.
