I see them on some rankings in top tier but not on others?

They're dissafiliated with the school. They still party, they still do philanthropy events, they still take pledge classes. They're still a frat, just not in the eyes of the school. The people who take them off the rankings are people who can't get into their parties or are jealous that they still exist without following the rules of the skool.
