Does anyone know which fraternities are doing rolling recruitment?

None because that doesn't happen. You're either in the pledge class or you're not. Only frats that would give a snap bid mid way through the pledge process are houses that are sinking ships

Look into and contact the lower tier frats a lot of them are doing rolling rush.
