Tiers are all open to interpretation. Some may like one above another within each tier depending on if you prefer "wholesome pretty" over "hot pretty" etc. But a generally accepted range of chapters would be grouped like this:
Upper: Kappa, A Phi, KD, Pi Phi, Theta
Middle: GPhi, Zeta, AXiD, DG, DZ, AOPi
Lower: Phi Sig, SDT, ADPi, Sig Kap, DPhiE

2: A-Phi, Theta, Zeta, AXiD
3: DG, AOPi, SDT, SigKap,
4: DZ, Phi-Sig, ADPi, DPhiE

Lots of issues with middle and lower. Rankings open to interpretation, a lot of variability in terms of who is characterized a low vs middle, and orders within each.

As was said above, all depends on personal preference between tiers. Within each line one person may like one house more than another, but someone else will feel the exact opposite. In general, this is pretty accurate.

Hmmm... Actually, not bad! Definitely a different way of thinking, but lots of changes going on, and I think this order has potential considering recent PCs.

KD first. A-Phi before G-Phi. And, I can't believe I'm saying this, but SigKap before AOPi.

No. Sadly, they are seriously gone. And, I mean that. I am sad for the women of Phi Mu who loved their chapter despite the hate they got here.

Not fair to automatically DPhiE at the bottom because they're a new sorority. And completely neglect affiliates or social orgs.

Most real rank I've seen yet! Some upper-tiers think they can just cruise along on their old reps, but pledges are seeing the cattiness and don't want to be stereotypes. They're looking for authenticity, diversity and true sisterhood. That's why so many of the supposed "lower-tiers" are attracting more PNMs.

I like this "alternate tier." Feels more accurate and current based on recent PCs and shifts in Greek life.
