fall sophomore rush?

I just transferred to Penn State after one semester of college and therefore was ineligible to rush this spring due to credits. Will there be a fall 2018 rush for sophomores who did not rush this semester? If not, is it even worth it to rush the spring semester of sophomore year?

You can rush either fall 18 or spring 19... you'll have a better chance next fall bc everyone is going to be a sophomore too
