Exactly. A bunch of guys should attend their recruitment and join. There is nothing they could do to stop it from becoming what they are supposed to actually be.

If you can find a bunch of guys who are willing to waste their time and money in that manner and who are ok with ruining their chances of joining a real fraternity, have fun.
Panhel sororities don't want ESA and Trilogy around but aren't willing to do what would really get rid of them, which is refuse to social with any fraternities that social with non-Panhel groups.

You make a good point. If the Board of Trustees new "Greek Tax" is implemented and Panhel chapters are forced to pay to socialize with fraternities, it should be a Panhel rule that any fraternity that socials with anyone outside of Panhel is dead to us. It would be ridiculous for Panhel chapters to pay fees and allow other groups (clubs, THON orgs, GDIs, etc) to reap the benefits at our expense. Time for some changes!

That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard in my life. You cant stop other people from going to frat houses ??????? Like wtf. Just fight to get rid of the damn dumb tax thing.

No one can stop other people from going to frat houses, except the members of that frat! Fraternity members can decide who to invite over, and perhaps it is time that that list is limited to Panhel chapters who will be forced to pay for the party monitors.

To be honest I'm not turning a good looking girl away from a party just cuz she doesn't pay some tax, you girls drink our booze anyway

You may feel differently about that if every Panhel chapter refused to pair with your chapter or attend socials involving your house because of your policy, instead spending their time with chapters who support Greek partnerships. There are a lot more frats to choose to spend time with. Girls have the option to be selective.

If you read the GJ report, it says that her biological brother was a brother at Beta and her roommate is in Trilogy. It also identifies her as a member of Trilogy. But, if you know her, you know that she is also a Pi Phi.

ESA is "on paper" a co-ed national service fraternity. On PSU's campus, they pretend to be a sorority but are not affiliated with Panhel.
