DU's social schedule isn't nice and shouldn't give them a gap. Realistically they should be behind TDX and Phi Psi but they have a sick house/fence/yard
AGR and Zeta Psi shouldn't be considered Tier 4 with their social schedules
Phi Who 8 week probo knocks them behind Pi Lambs sick daylongs
Alpha Sig is underrated
