Professional Engineering Fraternity; in that group, they're great, however they try to pass themselves off as a social fraternity and they aren't and frankly never will be. Basically a group of try-hards who didn't want to actually pledge.

Great group of nice guys (a little awkward), however they're brand new and haven't made that many strides as far as social aspects go. If you want a good group of guys who are involved on campus, but don't really like to party and you don't get into a top house, this is the group for you.
