looking to start a latino oriented fraternity

I feel the Latino community doesn't have a big presence at Leon. I was wondering if anyone else fell the same way and would like to start something new at Leon, a latino oriented but not exclusive fraternity.

I know one of my friends goes to Uconn and is part of a very successful Latino oriented but not exclusive frat, winning bunch of awards on a big campus while having mad fun
