Oh yeah they better step up their game. Going downhill and they will be caught this year promising bids to new girls and then where will these new girls be? Without a house thats where they will be.
Be careful when you get that Zeta letter that says we want you. It could be misleading. And its dirty rushing.

Dirty rushing isnt just zetas game but if a PNM gets a secret letter I would be hesitant to take that because you will get caught.
