It says on the website that the first couple of days are super casual and that jeans and a tshirt are acceptable. Is this really true? I would think it would be a little more dressed up, like pants and a nice blouse or something.

No one really doesn’t that. Dress: boots, booties, or slip ons that are cute but also comfortable plus jeans or good quality leggings and a cute top

Show some confidence and show up in just sweats. Then let your personality shine. That way when you show up in more formal attire, you will really stand out.

I'd wear jeans, booties and a sweater. If you're going to wear a t-shirt, wear one that is at least classy looking

just wear jeans and a cute top. a casual dress is acceptable too. just an outfit you're confident in that isn't super fancy
