When it comes to the top four this is all anyone really needs to know. Kappa Sig thinks they are better than Sig Chi and KA. KA thinks they are better than Kappa Sig and Sig Chi. Sig Chi thinks they are better than KA and Kappa Sig. And none of those fraternities really gives a hoot about lambda because they have collectively chose to ostracize lambda from any of their joint social events, not to mention there is VERY little crossover when it comes to girls and rushes.

My sister went here before me, so I got 6 years of history lessons. It's always been Kappa Sig and Sigma Chi followed by Lambda Chi, sometimes Lambda was tied with them.
But now Kappa Sigma has dropped off and KA has jumped up. Kappa Sigma is not a contender, they're just 1 of the upper tier groups and lots of people do not even think they are top tier.

This ranking is by a Kappa Squid or some Phi Mu next to Acorn.
I think it's funny that they hate on Lambda.

So funny...Pi Kappa Phi at Elon and on the national level is considered to be one of the weakest fraternities in the US. Don't just take my word, do your own homework. SX, KS and KA are all considered old line prestigious fraternities across the country (frankly Beta is too). All founded in 1830s,1850s and 1860s with prominent and famous alumni. PKP founded nationally in the 1900s along with lambda and Sig Ep. No comparison and completely different tiers. Facts are facts. Be at hard to accept, it is what it is.

I do not care about the Plantation roots of those frats. Most frats have some serious be like Jesus brainwashing too, but no one talks about that crap after pledge.

This is a very defensible rank. Jut add DU at the bottom of it.
The only controversy in ranks for frats is positioning Pi Kapp, KA and Kappa Sig. The rest are known. There's definitely a gap between Sig Ep/bottom half and the top frats.

That's mostly true, but Kappa Sig is the delusional one. Lambda has Plant, so they think they are fine. And they do mix with others just not officially. I think the top 3 are Sigma Chi/Lambda and then KA. They all have something different to offer. And Pi Kapp is not to be ignored.
