zeta just lost 10 members that failed to make grad

Not sure why all these messages keep popping up that say she is coming back. Not sure how this can be possible with a 1.25 GPA? If the Zeta's that seem to be defending her now had just helped her to study so she could get better grades then she would not have been kicked out. I seriously question Zeta sisterhood and scholarship due to the fact that 10 members were lost due to GPA. Where is the leadership? Certainly NOT at Zeta.

Radio silence here on the entire issue of all these people being booted out due to grades. The SP person seems delusional and actually giving the middle finger to everyone as she hasn't removed anything from her social media. Doesn't she realize she is in trouble? Why isn't her chapter leadership reaching out to help her and put a study plan in place so she can perhaps return to Elon at some point? So sad that the ZTAs on here simply are bashing Phi Mu and dont seem to have the willingness to look in the mirror and address their own leadership and sisterhood issues. I'm not a zta but I have to say this entire SP situation sounds awful. If I were SP I would be hugely pissed off and no support from my sisters. This would never happen in Sigma, just saying.

I heard her lab's name is Zeta and they told her to delete it.

I heard it's not Samantha, it's Simran. She has the worst grades ever.

Just heard from a friend on national board of Zeta that the Elon chapter has been put on probation for various infractions including grades. I would seriously think twice about having anything to do with this house.

Why would nationals get involved if they have bad grades? Are the girls just dropped? Sorry if this seems stupid

They're not on probation, they just got off probation after years.

Grades are monitored by all the nationals and minimum grade levels by chapter and individual are required. If a chapter doesn't meet the target then various things can happen and the same goes for the case where an individual doesn't meet the chapter guidelines. The sad and disappointing thing about the Zeta situation is that its not just a 'grades issue' but rather the complete absence of leadership and sisterhood to help those individuals that the house well knew were in deep trouble with their classes. If this is the kind of group that you want to watch your back then all I can say is good luck.
