Best house by far

hot, chill girls who don't care about pretending to be something they're not

Currently solidly middle-tier, but seemed like the place to go this year- was a top house for a lot of dudes during rush- definitely on the rise. Parties are only okay- need to have more than a slushie room, and seems like it's always the same chicks there. Guys are cute but don't promote their image. Need to be more involved on campus. So, solid house with A LOT of potential. Interested to see what happens over the next couple of years.

One of those houses you root for, but continues to disappoint. Will probably never be a top house, but have a sweet house to throw parties in. Perhaps if they were a little more aggressive during rush they'd get some guys who want to improve their reputation. House is made up of off-beat misfits- all are ridiculously nice, and do fit the gentlemen stereotype but tend to be shy, slightly unattractive. Big hearts, but could care less about greek life and their reputation.

Football house, with a couple other jocks thrown in there. Some of the nicest guys I know- big dudes with big hearts. Most patriotic and like country music. Really open to having non-greeks over and consistently rush well because these dudes love each other- sometimes too much and girls get scared away. Would be top-tier if more diverse, but can guess the PC almost every year. Still, cool guys- wish they would just be involved in more.

Love 'em or hate 'em- most people have a strong opinion of Betas. They run the campus and consistently rush the smartest, most holistic guys. Not particularly attractive unless turned on by GPA's. However, not nerds by any means- they throw down with the best of them, even though hard alcohol is hard to come by and the basement often smells...regardless: extremely motivated dudes who embrace diversity and are extremely open & smoke their fair share.

As they say, you party with a Pi Phi. These girls are super fun, attractive, and love to party. On the downside, they aren't very involved on campus and have mediocre grades.
