People can hate on Theta, but even as a non-Theta I really like a lot of the girls in the house. Yes, they're rich and pretty but not all of the girls are super uppity. Unfortunately, the house is a mix of the seniors being achieving, classy, and nice, and the juniors and sophomores being particularly snobby and exclusive. The new pledge class looks like a mix of both, surprise surprise. Either way, judge these girls for yourself.. maybe you'll fit in more than you thought.

They may have great grades, but they have no social life. Hey there's nothing wrong with that, but it's not a house for people who want to go out on weeknights without being reprimanded. They also are super divided with some of the girls being cool and others, not.

Great group of guys that are always extremely respectful towards everyone. FIJI Isle is so much fun and every event with them are ones not to miss. Definitely the up and coming top house. Great new pledge class too.

They know how to rage and are the biggest beauties in the school. Really big on chivalry. Can chill yet also throw down. They are all pretty hot thanks to being the most athletic house. They don't pull from one certain sorority - they take the hottest girls from each house. All the frat without the douche.

Kappa may not have a stereotype but what's wrong with that. To be honest the house is very mixed. Some of the girls are super involved on campus, down to have a good time, and attractive, while some go to low tier frats, prioritize partying over academics, and aren't the hottest gals on the block. You be the judge. At least anyone is comfortable at KKG because they welcome everyone. I'm independent and have never felt unwelcome here.
