Delts are pretty full of themselves: their parties are average, they're not really involved on campus, and they just coast on their footbal/jock reputation. It's reflected in their new pledge class, which is small and pretty subpar quality. Losing football players to other houses. In the middle for now, but heading towards the bottom tier.

If you have to self-proclaim yourself to be the "top house", chances are you are not the top house. This website alone will tell you all you need to know, as shown by the fact that most feedback has been self-written and most negative posts about other houses are coming from them as well, they put all their time into their house perception. Target rich kids and kids with ties to administration who end up hiding in their rooms for next 3 years. Try-Hards who force their personality/house image.

A lot of houses on campus buy the cheapest alcohol to throw as many parties as possible. These guys pop Ace of Spades social every Wednesday Friday and Saturday. They make a majority of their money from this website called FanDuel. Also, I think Labatt Blue Light is thinking about sponsoring them this next semester so long as they promise not to promote rolling rock. There's a saying that goes around the house, if you aint talking money, we don't wanna talk. Only take kids from New Trier though

Comment below mine needs to get it together. Phi Delt is the ONLY fraternity on campus when it comes to the whole package. All you need to do is spend some time with these guys and you'll see.

By far one of the best sisterhood on campus. These girls really have each others backs. Might not be as super outgoing as other sororities but overall they are a solid sorority with classy women.

Excellent sisterhood. You won't find a closer knit group of girls on this campus. Cute girls that are fun and really have a lot going for this house.

If there's one thing Sig Chi does right, it's the brotherhood. The only other frat that rivals them is SNU. Sig Chi is rising in popularity thanks to last semester and want to be one of the top houses again, so be on the lookout. They are home to some of the wealthiest students on campus, especially with their latest pledge class, which btw are going to do big things for the house and the school in the next two years. Mark my words, they are going to be the house to beat this next school year.

The recent pledge class is FULL of cute girls that have a lot to offer the sorority. The only problem with Phi's really is that they only hang out with themselves, which is great for the sisterhood, but not so much for the network outside of the house. You can also spot one anywhere because they will be in a group with other Phi's wearing fluorescent colors and fanny packs.
