Confused by all the "individuals not welcome" comments because phi is cliquey, but I would say this is one of the most diverse houses on campus personality wise. I know some phis who are total mom-ish book worms to girls who are incredibly extroverted and free-spirited. It's an interesting mix and I feel like phis old stereotype of being kinda quiet/ preppy/ conforming has changed a lot.
