It's hard to rebuild a chapter that has had a history of bad eggs in the past 5 or so years. The past 2-3 classes that I have seen have had great ambition to make Theta Xi a better fraternity. Don't knock them. They are going to be on the come up very soon.

Very structured and organized chapter. Doesn't throw insane parties though. Below average in my opinion.

A fraternity that is mid pack but thinks they are on top. No one really likes them as a whole and they are all hot heads. I saw them try to fight Pike after they lost to them in basketball. Extremely sore losers and they lose a lot. Their parties are awful and their guys are weird.

Some of the nicest dudes I have ever met. As far as Greek life goes, this fraternity is an excellent choice. They have lit parties and hang with the hottest girls on campus. I can see how it would suck to be anything besides a delta or adpi

The ADPis win everything at SEMO. Pretty sure they won Greek week and they were the intermuaral champions. Overall very nice girls who like to have fun and stay involved. If I were a girl I'd go ADPi.

There is no brotherhood due to the fact that they literally accept anyone. They talk bad on others and are very annoying. They talk about them being the top fraternity even though no one else thinks that. Have a few good guys but other then that just a really annoying fraternity that thinks they are better then they actually are.

Sig Nu's are chill dudes but don't put in the effort to improve their chapter. Fun to hangout with but don't see them being able to create relations with other fraternities since they think their above everyone.
