Not going to be surprised when I see them at the top in the coming years. Pledge classes are improving and they recently won CHAPTER OF THE YEAR award last year. Definetly more involved and probably throw the most parties along with Sig Chi.

Easily can see this fraternity going down hill very fast. Won't be surprised to see in 5 years it be similar to Theta Xi. Terrible brotherhood. You can compare them to a drinking club instead of a fraternity.
