The guys are friendly but can be rude sometimes. Went to their Miami Vice party at the fox and had so much fun. The few I know are very nice :) I'm excited for them

These girls are classy and very sweet. To the last ranking on here, you must be blind- those girls are beautiful! Someone must be angry that they got turned down by a Sigma. Keep up the good work ladies! Stay classy and gorgeous!

These girls are a top tier because of their pledge class this year. I don't think that they are the top house though. If they keep it up they will be but not yet. Some really sweet girls but some not so classy ones too. Always fun to be around.

I am friends with one of the new Phi Delts. Even though I am not in a sorority or Greek life I enjoy hanging with these guys bc they are welcoming to anyone and everyone. Made some of the closest friends this semester Bc of them!
