I'm a 3rd year Zeta and I used to think these guys were a little too exclusive, keeping mostly to themselves, but this past semester we have spent time with these guys and I have been very impressed. They carry themselves well, and don't try to be too "fratty" like some of the other fraternities. There is a reason they win awards, There is a lot to be said for not having your name constantly in the spotlight for negativity. They are very sweet guys, and have a lot of respect for each other.

Definitely the most unattractive guys, but that's the least of their worries. Retention is bad because their friendships are fake. I'm a second year Zeta and when I've hung out with these guys all they've done is brag, and bash other fraternities. They need to get over themselves and remember that it's not all a competition.
