frat rankings with explanations

hey im an incoming freshman and was wondering what the rankings for each frat was and an explanation as to why each one is so rated. there seems to be a lot of disagreement here between top lower top and middle tier

Sig chi never throws bangers anymore. Seriously, I think both pika and KDR are both more relevant than sig chi now..... sig chi still has some great brothers!
