the frat rankings getting posted on here are so obviously by seniors or guys the graduated within the last couple years lol lambda is not a top house especially with snu and chi o as hoco partners

Hoco partners don’t mean allat geed. Last year lambda was with theta and snu was with kappa.

Exactly! Lots of houses choose to partner with other sororities and fraternities to improve Greek relations. It isn't always based on "rankings" which are so arbitrary anyways.
