The latest ranking (posted by ".") has over 100 downvotes and 20 upvotes, without a single person being able to view it. Anything posted in the last month or so is sus as far as up and downvotes and should just be ignored.

Identity is anonymous but GR logs IP addresses,locations and zip codes and doesn't have routine IP anonymyzation so it's pretty easy to determine when multiple posts come from the same source.
