"If you can't go Greek go TKE" which is true! They have the most African Americans in this frat. Their parties are kind of a hit and miss...but they are kind. And a lot of guys in this frat are in PAN, so their house is kinda eh...

Being in a sorority-I LOVE THIS HOUSE!!! They have very attractive Fratstars! They are kind. but most of all they know how to rage. I have never heard anything negative about them. Love them!

They are boring. But they have average looking guys.

This house is very social. Does have a good dance floor, but plays crappy music!!! They need to go to Theta Chi or PIKES and hear what Greeks really want to rage to. This house is realllyyy dirty!!! But they are nice, it's just disappointing going there.

I loved this house during recruitment, they felt very real and chill. But throughout the year they have proved me wrong. They seemed very full of themselves and like they were the best house around. They also got a bad reputation throughout the year for being dramatic in a couple instances, (broken door with theta chi and telling on Pi Phi). Overall they are still a good house and I know a lot of nice girls in it, but they need to learn how to keep their mouths shut or no one will like them.

Love Thetas!! They are really nice and outgoing. Top in grades and work hard for them. They are involved but not too much. Overall a very nice bunch. Nothing bad to say.

if you're looking for a house that is more invested in sisterhood. They cleaned up their membership two years ago and have really turned things around since then. Don't see them out much, but the ones I have met are funny/nice.

NICE. That is the word I'd use to describe them. They might not be the hottest but they are a very nice bunch. A few of my friends are in this house and are very sweet. Sure they're not the top but if you're looking for a house of genuine, nice people, this is the place!

I'm so confused by this house. Every once and a while I see a really pretty AOII but for an average they're not known for looks. In fact I don't know what they're known for...they're also hit or miss with attitudes. I have met a few ruuuuuuude girls from here who think they are the best thing ever and then a few who are really sweet and kind. So who knows. Hit or miss with them but they're probably on the lower end of the mid-tier houses.
