Though they wear a lot of make up (PC 12 is a bit more natural) they are all really nice. I have only met one A phi who was truly annoying and rude but the rest are actually super sweet. They take a lot of pride in their house which is cool and they stay pretty involved. I see A phis at a lot of different fraternities and they always look professional and cute on chapter days. I would say they are overall a very good house

This is THE bottom house. I usually would not rank on girls like this because it's kind of the unfortunate house BUT they are SO RUDE. I know an ADPi and she talks to me like her house is sooooo much stricter and better than any other house. I don't know why these girls think of themselves so highly but they're pretty petty which is surprising considering their rather low ranking in the greek system.

I would put these girls in between middle and bottom tier. They did NOT do well with PC 12 but PC 09 and 10 are pretty cool. They seem pretty exclusive but I guess that means they are really close to each other. I find them always sitting together in class, saving each other seats and always together. It shows a strong bond between the girls but I also never see them talking to anyone else...

These girls are way too into themselves. They get good grades but have no social life. A lot of these girls put themselves above other girls and houses but I don't get why. From my experience they are either crazy or go completely unseen.

It's hard to argue that they are a top house because they are...for now. Their PC 12 is waaaaaaaaay different than the other PC's and people can see they are slipping for that reason. For some reason they are still considered a top house even though they don't do anything speical to earn it. Girls join this house for the name and the title of being a "DG". They make most social events mandatory and encourage girls to go out as much as possible so it's not like they have a choice but to be social

Very chill guys, drinks are always good and their parties are awesome! These guys rage but still keep it real classy, definitely worth the trip down the hill. Lots of hot guys and always a good time. Many of my most trust worth guy friends are in this house, and they're coming up to be the next top tier house!

After their drama last year getting MULTIPLE top houses in trouble (Pi Phi, Pikes, Theta Chi) they have stayed out of trouble this year and I think that's really helping them. They have always been a good looking house with good grades and strong sisterhood so if they stay out of drama there will be nothing stopping them. Every girl I know in this house is so passionate about it and all their best friends are their sisters. I would say definite top house.
