Oh come on, things have not changed THAT much. Stop self ranking, its getting ridiculous. The girls aren't close at all, they for the most part don't even want to be there which is sad in itself.

Dead middle tier, they used to be so much more fun before nationals came down and cleaned house. How embarrassing, they should have just let natural selection and other pc's figure it out because now they are so boring! Can't walk by it without thinking of more than half of their house wrongfully kicked out, just to get a couple of unfit women. Talk about sisterhood.. please.

I don't get why people call them snobby, honestly. I loved this house and came really close to joining during rush (enough with calling it recruitment already) and since then I've only met really awesome people from here. Enough with the stereotypes from other schools ha thanks!

I think they are moving towards lower top tier, hats off to you gentlemen. keep up the luaus and around the worlds!

Delts can be described as fratastic. Moving up in the ranks and throw parties that crack for sure. The guys are pretty douchey though and that can get annoying.

Bottom tier for sure. The problem is some of these guys can't even be called nice because they are down right creepy. Someone has to be on the bottom of the row and I think we found the joke frat!

I'd rank this house middle, they have some awkward guys in their house.. more than usual. Its super cramped inside which could be a good vibe if you're feeling it. The problem I have is there have been black worms downstairs tracked in or previously living there. yuck, theres some things drinking can't compensate for gentlemen. Maybe try a little harder..

Come one, this is probably one of the top hick houses at wsu. They are no where near the top rank of the houses and probably never will be. that being said, it doesn't mean they aren't nice guys.. its just whats been shown so far. Definitely should at least TRY to be more social.
