Definitely a top house. The girls all seem to be very into their cliques and seem a little stuck up. There are some sweeties and very real down to earth girls but get them in a pack and they can be rude. They won't party with anything less than a top tier frat or socialize with anything less than a top tier sorority. They're hot but that may only get them so far.
