I live by lots of gphis in the dorms...they are getting a huge remodel and pi phis internationals asked if they needed a place to live while it was going on for a few months only. It actually helps pi phis bc they are paying them. And...let's be honest...gphis needs a remodel!

Love every bit of this house. Diverse guys, some dbags and some weirdos, but going there is generally a good experience. The dance floor is unmatched by any other house on the row. Phi delt parties go off, and other top houses like TKE SAE Theta Chi and ATO better watch out because they have some tough competition on the way.

Would toss a bid card to a rock if it wanted to join. And since getting in trouble partying there is horrible. Highly discourage anyone from signing or visiting.
