Open parties are fun but they can't drink in their house. Working on their reputation. Fun group of guys to be around in general. Wouldn't call them a top house but I've never had a bad time at Betas.

These guys get a bad rap. Last year their parties were so much fun. The guys are nice for the most part, with the exception of a few. I heard they're on sanctions so their parties have been hit and miss. For the most part they're fun good looking guys. And of course they have the go-to-guys.
