Kd is a smart house but they care too much about which frats they hang out with. They're also weird on how they look like some of them are super hot and some of them are the opposite. You can never tell when someone is in Kd just by looking at them.

This is not a middle tier house like people are trying to say. It's in the bottom three even though they think they're coming back they just aren't yet. Most awkward house you'll visit during rush.

They're nice and known for being smart but you are not above Kd or Axo Theta! Stop trying to act like you are. They're a solid middle or upper middle house that just thinks they're top.

Beta is a great house with a balance of social life and academics—some of the nicest guys on the row. They additionally have guys from all different walks of life, which makes them fun to hang out with. You will always feel safe at their parties and they have a great DJ. Will also walk you home too if needed! House definitely on the rise!
