Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity Ratings at UW

As someone who doesn’t go to UW from Seattle, fiji is easily the best house. Mostly filled with dudes from affluent high schools in Seattle (Roosevelt, Seattle Prep, Blanchet) and some kids from Gonzaga Prep. Seems to be the only frat on campus with normal looking dudes, not really having guys who dress and have haircuts like wannabe tiktokers. Overall is probably one of the best Fraternities in the PAC-12 (not that it means much) and has a lot of really solid, wealthy, classy dudes.

Wow, these guys are interesting to say the least. Last week I managed to get into one of their holiday bashes and I was met at the door by a man they call “the bone doc”. He barked at me while sipping on an ice and another man named “the bagel meister” was dancing on the elevated surface solo. It felt like a middle school snowball dance and smelled like one too. Just before I left one of the sophomores jack said “hazaaa welcome to my crib”. Their deep pockets don’t compensate for their actions. I would just stick to the main houses like pi kapps and phi pools.

People hate these guys because they're well off, and thetas almost exclusively hang with them. They definitely get hated on for being overly exclusive.

Most of the ratings have already said it. They are progressively getting worse pledge classes, and it's starting to make an impact. Not a good sign when your PC is divided in half (one half cool, one pretty weird.) Hopefully they can turn it around, but it is not looking up for FIJI.

Pros: The rich guy frat. Largest in number of guys after Sigma Chi. Stress brotherhood over everything else. The stereotypical frat. Cons: Secretive, not really known for its parties.

Frats on 17th are slipping, sorry but with betas gone fijis is only going to drop quicker. They hardly even throw parties.. their party room is tiny and feels like a dungeon. I'd much rather spend a night out on 21st than here. Not to say their a bad house, but the only reason their remotely considered a "top" house is because of secrecy and alumni, neither of which means theres quality guys there.

So Fiji is definitely a top house at UW, but definitely not because they throw parties, because their parties are below average. They have the strongest brotherhood in the Greek System, but with that, they also don't seem to be involved with the rest of the Greek System either. They're definitely different from most fraternities and you'll enjoy it if you join, but the house might not be for a lot of people.

The connections alone are a reason to join this house. But they also throw great parties and are exclusive with Thetas, who are the hottest girls at UW.

Great house, amazing parties, if they invite you. Sometimes they just hang out without chicks so you can tell the brotherhood is strong.
