Definitely self rate. Asa is a decent group of girls. My RoGam was an Asa and I really thought she was a phi mu because she was so perfect. Asa is definitely not the top tier at utsa. Phi mu and Zeta are considered top tier and Asa is considered below them. They pretty much get the leftover pretty girls that didn't make phi mu or zeta. I get that they have been sweethearts multiple times to certain fraternities, but that's because those frats aren't top tier either.

Def. can work on the involvement but other than that, they seem to be a very genuine group of girls. Not considered "top tier" but they should not be considered bottom tier either. I enjoyed their room during recruitment. Very relaxed and didn't feel like an interview. Can't really say too much because of their lack of involvement.

These guys don't get as involved but i've seen them step up a little bit more. As a brotherhood, these guys all seem to get along real well and you can tell they have a strong brotherhood.
