KA is not irrelevant at all, this post over ranked them but imo by this time next year this will be proven accurate minus ATO. Idk when they are coming back.

This smart guy doesn't even know ATO won't even be eligible for recolonization until next year. They got 5 years in 2021, 2027 will be their year they can come back if UT allows.
KA is actually pretty solid so far BUT have a LOOOOONG way to go before they're where this rank puts them. If you were to remove ATO and replace them with KA I'd sign off.
