Upper Mid, lacking somewhat but solid AF.

SN SX Fiji
Lambda (PiKapp)

Mid, Last passable frats. barely passable.

PhiTau PSK
AGR BTP Delt

Lower Mid, working their way into being passable but are not.

OX PhiPsi PDT

Anyone who says otherwise doesn't go here.

Having Sigma Chi and SNU, the widely accepted top two houses not in the top row and behind the likes of pike is kind of ludicrous

Sigma Nu is worthy of top 3 but SX?? You got to be trolling.. imo Pike edges out SN and blows SX and Fiji out the water.

PiKapp up instead of either SX or Fiji. Those 2 have kept up the GR campaign but it won't change facts. PiKapp will always be top 6 or 7 here.
