Old Row at UTK?

If UTK had an “Old Row” and “New Row” setup like some other SEC schools, how do you think it would be divided?
Would it be based on how long the chapter has been on campus, who pulls more in-state vs out-of-state, or who has more of a traditional Southern vibe?
Just curious how people would draw the line if that kind of system existed here.

This is a dumb premise. Alumni from the 1950’s are almost all dead so what benefit does a century make? You know who’s gonna be in favor of this premise of old row/new row? The oldest houses. Gatekeeping for being old and not the quality of the actual house and people makes no sense.

The self-proclaimed top houses cling to their outdated status like it’s a lifeline, and it’s not necessarily based on reality. Poor Piphi and AGD will be relegated to the bottom tier for all of eternity based on the outdated statuses perpetuated on this website.
The rankings are certainly not based on true quantitative measures. Instead it’s a bunch of judgment based on the most superficial terms.
