I heard a rumor phi tau getting kicked off, possibly losing sigeps house. Is this true and what happened?

it's a borrowed house anyway until 2027. so think of the randos living there and how they won't have time to build a legacy.

The property is owned and managed by UT, not SigEp. It’s not their property. SigEp lost the rights to occupy after suspension. There is no promise of the house returning to them even after they manage to reinstate after spring27.
